PREFABRICATED CABIN:

Pre-fabricated shelter made of PU panel is popularly used in the telecommunication industry to house
valuable base transmission equipment. The rationale behind its wide use is fast installation, flexibility to
relocate, high cooling efficiency and the lowest energy consumption.

Technical Specification:

Polyurethane Panels are made by using environmental friendly Non-CFC’s foaming agents, equipped with durable and corrosive-resistant nylon ‘cam-lock’ system.

PU panels to be laminated with both side precoated galvanized (white) colourbond sheet for external & internal finishing and surface with (blue) plastic protective film for both sides finishing of Wall, ceiling & floor only.

The cabins are made in different sizes. The popular sizes are:

i. 3m X 3m X 2.9m

ii. 4m X 3m x 2.9m

Each cabin to be supplied by us will maintain following general requirements.

Environmental Compliance:

- Enable to withstand at tropical environment (up to 55 deg. C)

- Humidity 100%

- Wind speed: 55 m/sec

- Resistant to sand, dust & wind

- Inside temperature can go as low as –28 deg. C

Load bearing capacity:

Floor – 1050 kg/m2 as distributed load and 290 Kg/m2 as concentrated load.

Wall – 130 Kg/m2 as wind load

Roof – 100 Kg as concentrated load

Water Proof:

The cabin will be completely water proof with IP 54 protection.

Fire Resistance:

The cabin is fire retardance of B1 (DIN 4102) & Class 2.

Each cabin has two main parts:

1. Polyurethane Panel room: the super structure

Core Material: Polyurethane

Cladding: : both sides 0.55mm thick precoated galvanized sheet for external and internal finishing of wall & ceiling. Floor to be cladded by water proof plywood.

Panel Thickness : 75mm for floor, ceiling & wall

Joining/ locking mechanism : Tongue in Groove/ Cam lock system

Corner Joint : all corner joint by aluminum angel.

Density of polyurethane : 40-42 ± kg/m³

Thermal Conductivity : 0.018 kcl/mh°c

Door Type : Hinge/Swing type standard door c/w aluminum door jump with gasket seal including stainless steel door handle, lock set and all necessary fittings.

Door : made by PU panel. The dimension is 915 mm (W) x 2000 mm (L)

2. Steel Structure: Sub structure

Each cabin to be supported by a galvanized steel structure base frame. All the steel profiles fabricated locally comply the requirement of BS EN 10025.

Keeping the requirement of Telecom Operators, each cabin is supplied with following items which are included in the package:

Cable ladder:

Cable trays (300 mm) are supplied in both direction of the room.

PVC tiles:

Non conductive PVC vinyl floor tiles for floor panel.

Secondary roof:

Secondary roof by corrugated color tin with galvanized structure support and with appropriate slope arrangement for water clean out

Lighting & Fire extinguisher :

Internal lighting & CO2 Fire extinguisher.
